| Hi All! Here is the recipe for my Christmas Cookies. You must have a cookie shooter to put the dough in and shoot them out in shapes--But you can use cookie cutters also.
I usually make Christmas trees and wreaths and decorate them with red and green crystal sprinkles and silver sugar balls--hope you like them!! Beat together until fluffy Beat in 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract. Slowly blend in 2 1/4 cups of sifted all purpose flour After mixed well split the dough--mix 1/2 with green food coloring for trees and the other 1/2 red for the wreaths if desired. Shoot onto pan, decorate, and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen and taste great!! I always give them for gifts.......MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Submitted by Redhead150 |
