| 8 chicken breast halves skinned and deboned-I use the one already skinned 8 slices raw bacon 2 oz asrmond brand sliced dried beef in a jar 1 c. (10 1/2) cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream Paprika Roll breast tightly with bacon slice, put a toothpick in to hold it together(A spiral wrap). Line a 8x8 shallow baking dish with dried beef that has been soaked in cold water for 10 minutes (de-salt). Overlap the slice of dried beef and line sides well. Then place the bacon wrapped chicken on the beef (will be crowded) Mix the mushroom soup (undiluted) with the sour cream and spread over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Do not season. Bake at 275 for 2 � hours (uncovered) if oil liquid accumulates to excess, remove a little. Serve with brown rice or noodles. Serves 8 |
