Zesty Garlic Shrimp with Linguini

2 Tbls Zesty Garlic
3 Tbls Olive Oil
3 Tbls butter
1 Lb Shelled & Devained Shrimp
1/2 cup White Wine
1 Lb cooked Linguini

On low heat gently saute Zest Garlic, Olive Oil and Butter for 3 mintes. Turn up the heat to medium and add Shrimp and White Wine. Stirring occasionally, cook until shrimp turn pink. Toss Zesty Garlic Shrimp with Linguini; garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Spidie Serving suggestions: Grilled Zuchini & soft Bread Sticks & a good bottle of Merlot go well with this. Slice zuchini long ways & brush with olive oil and grill till tender...yummmm!
